Saudi mental-wellbeing platform licensed by the Ministry of Health: an AI companion and licensed specialists, in two apps, one for clients and one for doctors, plus a B2B programme. Booking, wallets and payments, subscriptions, dashboards and real-time video consultations.

The AI companion I shipped is behind roughly 30% profit growth, and AI now handles customer support end-to-end.

Built end-to-end on my own: site, booking system, backend, cloud and both mobile apps, live on the App Store and Google Play.

Ten years, and I still write the code.

I lead the team, set the architecture, and review everything that ships.

I lead the engineering team at Talbinah, a Ministry of Health-licensed mental-wellbeing platform in Riyadh. The work spans the whole stack: Laravel APIs behind the mobile apps, MySQL architecture and the dashboards management actually reads, real-time video consultations, payments and wallets, and the AI companion and support automation the business now runs on.

Before that I was technical lead at GamifierSA in Riyadh, and spent years shipping e-commerce platforms, multi-tenant SaaS and B2B systems. I own DevOps end to end on AWS: servers, performance, CI/CD, and the backups nobody thinks about until they matter.

I work from Cairo with Saudi companies every day, on Riyadh and Dubai hours, in Arabic or English. If you want the technology handled by someone who has done it before and will still be there in six months, that is the job I do.

Yes. I am Senior Team Lead at Talbinah in Riyadh and was technical lead at GamifierSA, also in Riyadh. I have shipped products for companies in Riyadh and Jeddah. I work from Cairo, on the Riyadh and Dubai working day.

Do you work as a fractional CTO?

Yes, that is the fractional technical lead engagement. You keep your own developers or agency, and I set the architecture, review the code, run the release process, and help you hire and manage the people doing the work. It runs part-time on a monthly retainer.

Can you build both the mobile app and the backend?

Yes. I take an idea to the App Store and Google Play and keep it running afterwards: iOS and Android app, backend, database, cloud, releases and monitoring. Click Car Care is a product where I built all of that on my own.
